	Chief Executive Officer/Owner - Tom Flamm & Cindy Flamm Owner since business incorporated- areas of responsibility include; but are not limited to all financial matters, purchasing, operations and customer satisfaction (quality control), oversees the Chief Operations Officer, Controller and Account Managers.
	Controller - Kim Totten Employed with MMI since 1989- areas-of responsibility include; but are not limited to all accounting functions, employee benefits, administration, work related injuries and corporate liability insurance coverage.
	Account Manager - Steve Totten Employed with MMI since 1990 - areas of responsibility include; but are not limited to specializing in all floor care services, bidding, customer and employee relations, supply inventories and quality control.
	Human Recourses Director - Josh Holtman Employed with MMI since 1994- areas of responsibility include; but are not limited to daily employee relations. Provides support to account managers, performs personnel administration, hiring, absence/coverage and all employee relations.
	General Assistant - Jen Flamm Employed with MMI since 1997- areas of responsibility include; but are not limited to assisting all managerial staff in general daily functions, and knowledge of positions with the organizations .Handing administrative duties, quality control, company image and communications.
	Operations Manager - Jerry VanderWeele Recently employed - areas of responsibility include; but are not limited to sales, business promotion, outdoor services and shop management, safety, and specialty job scheduling. Oversees Utility/Specialty crew members.
